Meet the Founders
InsightED Support was co-founded by two Arizona-based educators with deep classroom, compliance, and professional development experience.
Lianne McGinley, M.Ed.
Co-Founder · Special Education Consultant & Professional Development Trainer
I am a professional educator, trainer, and consultant with more than 15 years of experience supporting schools, students, and families throughout Arizona. My background includes roles as both special education and general education teacher, behavior interventionist, and professional development trainer.
I specialize in special education compliance, PBIS, MTSS, trauma-informed practices, educator wellness, and inclusive instructional strategies. A Massachusetts native now living in Arizona, I enjoy spending summers back home, cheering on my favorite New England sports teams, and staying active through fitness, hiking, and outdoor adventures.
Rebecca Neztsosie, M.Ed.
Co-Founder · Special Education Consultant & Compliance Specialist
With over a decade of experience in education, I bring a well-rounded background in both general and special education. I hold two master’s degrees one in Secondary Education and one in Special Education—and have served in a variety of roles including general education teacher, special education teacher, resource teacher, and compliance facilitator.
My experience includes supporting schools in maintaining Arizona Department of Education compliance standards while ensuring students receive high-quality, individualized services. Originally from New York, I relocated to Arizona in 2009 and quickly grew to appreciate the sunny climate and strong sense of community. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading, and serving as a cantor at my church.
